Scope of Work:

Phase I of a 2 phase residential subdivision, developing the infrastructure – water, sewer, drainage, roads, electrical and telecom utilities for 13 out of 26 residential lots.

Work included the hook up to Town of Waterbury water supply and sewer system for the entire project, stubbing these utilities out to the second phase.

Worked with the Owner and Green Mountain Power changing the source of the underground utilities from the south end of the project to the north end eliminating long and costly supply/ return lines of these utilities as they are required to be looped.

Project site was entirely blue clay creating challenges in drying and compacting the material properly, still keeping with the original schedule. This was quite an aggressive schedule as houses for building lots were pre-sold when the earthwork was started in the mid-winter of 2014.
