Scope of Work

• Complete US Forest Service campground reconstruction
• Full depth roadway reconstruction
• Installation of primary and secondary electricity
• Rehabilitation of water tank
• Adding a box culvert bridge
• Extensive drainage upgrades
• Sewer system upgrades including precast restroom facilities
• Conversion of three toilet buildings to add shower facilities
• Addition of a sanitary dump station

Phase 1

• Phase 1 entails a base bid and five bid options to be completed by January 2019
• The campground is phased into Northern and Southern components. The Northern component has reached substantial completion and the Southern component is more than 50% complete
• Overall the project is approximately 80% complete

Safety

• Over the duration of the one and a half year period, there have been zero accidents
